Tressa Vrba

Tressa J. Vrba is a senior managing director and global co-head of the Human Capital Group.

Most recently, Ms. Vrba was chief operating officer of the Human Capital Group, where she also managed the firm’s compensation, equity administration and HR data and analytics functions, a role she assumed in 2017. Prior to transferring to the Human Capital Group in 2011, Ms. Vrba spent five years in the finance department in various roles, including controller for the institutional equities and private equity groups and manager of the firm’s equity administration function.

Before joining Evercore in 2006, she worked at William Blair in Chicago as controller for the private equity and mezzanine funds and as an accountant for the debt capital markets groups. She began her career as an auditor with KPMG in Chicago and for RNS Chartered Accountants in England.

Ms. Vrba holds a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
