John McGraw
John McGraw is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity underwriting, and capital structure across the energy sector with an emphasis on midstream.
Mr. McGraw has more than a decade of investment banking experience. Since joining Evercore, notable transactions include advising Crestwood Equity Partners on its merger with Energy Transfer; the Conflicts Committee of Phillips 66 Partners on its sale to Phillips 66; GasLog on its take-private by BlackRock Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Fund; the special committee of DCP Midstream on the acquisition of all outstanding public common units by Phillips 66; Aris Water Solutions on its initial public offering; and Outrigger Energy II on the sale of gathering and processing assets in the DJ Basin to Summit Midstream Partners.
Prior to Evercore, Mr. McGraw was an associate in the natural resources group at Barclays.
Mr. McGraw earned a B.A. in economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a recipient of the David L. Dodd Excellence in Finance Scholarship.
