Jeff Haller
Jeff Haller is a senior managing director in Evercore’s financial institutions group focused on providing strategic advice to wealth and asset management companies.
Mr. Haller has more than 20 years of experience working with financial institutions clients. Prior to joining Evercore, he was a managing director in the financial institutions investment banking group at Goldman Sachs, where he helped lead coverage of the wealth and traditional asset management sectors.
Notable transactions include advising Altas Partners on its investment in Mercer Advisors; Focus Financial on its go-private transaction with CD&R and Stone Point; Securian Financial on the sale of its wealth management business to Cetera; Dynasty Financial on its minority stake sale to Abry Partners and Charles Schwab; Beacon Pointe on its sale to KKR; Ascensus on its sale to Stone Point and GIC; AssetMark on its IPO; Kestra Financial on its sale to Warburg Pincus; and USAA on the sale of its asset management business to Victory Capital.
Previously, Mr. Haller was at RBC Capital Markets in New York and focused on building out investment banking coverage of the asset and wealth management sector. He also worked in the financial institutions group at Citigroup and Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Haller holds a B.S. in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
