David Kamo

David Kamo is a senior managing director and head of Financial Sponsor M&A.

He is focused on origination and execution of financial sponsor M&A for private equity, sovereign wealth and private clients across industries.

Mr. Kamo has 25 years of experience working in financial sponsor M&A, with transactions ranging from full sales to partial monetizations, equity raises and continuation vehicles. Prior to joining Evercore, he was a partner and global head of financial sponsor M&A and secondaries at Goldman Sachs, where he advised private equity clients across a broad range of M&A and secondary transactions.

Mr. Kamo earned a B.S. in finance/management from Binghamton University.
