Chris Larmore is a managing director in Evercore’s Infrastructure and Energy Transition group, focused  on the power, renewables and broader energy transition sectors.

Mr. Larmore has advised corporates and financial sponsors on strategic M&A, public and private capital raises and other strategic advisory assignments at both the corporate and project level. Notable deals include the sale of Riverstone Holdings’ equity stake in Pattern Energy Group; strategic investment in DSD Renewables by Cox Enterprises; Talen Energy’s restructuring and recapitalization; CPP Investments’ significant investment in Redaptive; sale of Ecobee to Generac Holdings; take-private of Covanta by EQT Infrastructure; sale of interests in ENGIE’s 2.3 GW renewable energy portfolio to Hannon Armstrong; and the sale of Leeward Renewable Energy to OMERS Infrastructure.

Previously, Mr. Larmore was a member of the power, renewables & energy infrastructure investment banking team at BofA Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Larmore holds a B.S. in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
