Andrew White
Andrew White is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He focuses on advising asset management firms on minority stake, control and other strategic transactions.
Within the asset management industry, Mr. White has advised such firms as Global Infrastructure Partners, HPS Investment Partners, New Mountain Capital, General Catalyst, Monroe Capital, Rockpoint, AEA Investors, Searchlight Capital Partners, GoldenTree Asset Management and 17Capital. Outside the asset management industry, Mr. White’s select deals include Rovi’s acquisition of TiVo, the sale of BTI Systems to Juniper Networks and the sale of Kroll Ontrack by Corporate Risk Holdings to LDiscovery.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. White worked in the global markets divisions of UBS and Deutsche Bank.
He has served as a mentor and member of the TEAK Fellowship, a New York City-based organization that supports talented students from low-income families in preparing for and gaining acceptance to the nation’s most selective high schools and colleges.
Mr. White earned a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
