Amit Arora is a managing director in Evercore’s technology advisory group based in Menlo Park.

Since joining Evercore, Mr. Arora has advised leading technology companies and financial sponsors across software and internet sectors. Notable transactions include Dell on its merger between Class V and Class C shares resulting in a public relisting of Dell; HTC on it business cooperation agreement with Google; LiveRamp’s acquisition of Habu; Simpli.fi’s significant stake sale to Blackstone; FLASH’s strategic Series C investment led by Vista; Skyryse’s Series B funding led by Fidelity & Monashee; Thycotic’s sale to TPG/Centrify; Checkmarx’s sale to Hellman & Friedman; Vista’s acquisition of Quickbase; and Uhana’s sale to VMware.

Previously, Mr. Arora was an associate at Goldman Sachs in the TMT investment banking division based in New York and London.

Mr. Arora attended Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, in India.
