Dominic Freely
Dominic Freely is a senior advisor of Evercore with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance.
Mr. Freely advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in the utilities, transportation and downstream energy sectors, focussing largely on European and Asian markets.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Freely was a partner and managing director at Lexicon Partners, the corporate finance advisory business acquired by Evercore in 2011. Before that, he was a managing director of the European utilities investment banking team at Citigroup, where he advised on M&A and strategic advice for clients in the energy and utilities, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, he was a member of Schroders’ energy & utilities team until the firm merged with Salomon Smith Barney in Europe. Earlier in his career, he worked as a chartered accountant for Peat Marwick (now KPMG).
Mr. Freely has an economics degree from the London School of Economics.
