Steve Gordon

Steve Gordon is a managing director in the consumer retail team at Evercore.

Mr. Gordon has over 20 years of investment banking experience and advises on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions.

Select deals include advising Unilever on the sale of Elida Beauty to Yellow Wood Partners, Procter & Gamble on the spin-merge of its beauty brands with Coty, Danone on the sale of Stonyfield to Lactalis, Vogue Int’l (OGX) on a minority investment by Carlyle, Post Holdings on its acquisition of Dakota Growers Pasta, Notonthehighstreet on its sale to Great Hill Partners, Bluemercury on its sale to Macy’s, and Hanesbrands on its acquisition of Maidenform.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2019, Mr. Gordon worked in the consumer retail teams at Goldman Sachs and Lazard in London and New York.

Mr. Gordon serves as a Trustee of The London Library SSF. He is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
