Andreas Burdach is a managing director in Evercore’s Infrastructure group. He advises investors and corporates on strategic, M&A, financing, P3 and capital markets transactions across infrastructure sectors, with a focus on transportation, digital, social & health, and services.

Select assignments include advising Searchlight Capital Partners on the sale of Ziply Fiber; OMERS on the sale of LifeLabs; OTPP, IFM, and BCi on the divestment of Global Container Terminals USA; the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on strategic alternatives; CPPIB and OMERS on the sale of interests in Chicago Skyway; Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of an interest in Lightpath; and Macquarie Infrastructure Partners on the sales of Halterm Container Terminal, Penn Terminals and Fraser Surrey Docks.

Mr. Burdach began his career in Evercore’s London office, advising on numerous transactions in the infrastructure and power & utilities sectors across Europe.

He holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Maastricht University and an M.Sc. in Finance from Cass Business School.
