Ted Omlid is a senior managing director and helps lead Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on healthcare technology. Mr. Omlid has over 15 years of experience advising public and private healthcare technology and software companies and private equity firms.

Notable advisory experience includes Mubadala on its investment in Zelis; TPG on its investment in Surescripts; QGenda on is sale to Hearst; KKR on its investments in SunFire and Cotiviti; Virgin Pulse on its merger with HealthComp; ResMed on its acquisition of MEDIFOX DAN; Bain Capital on its growth investment in LeanTaaS; Intelligent Medical Objects on its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners; Vocera Communications on its sale to Stryker; athenahealth on its sale to Hellman & Friedman and Bain Capital; Nuance Communications on its sale to Microsoft; Fortive on its acquisitions of Provation Software and Censis Technologies; Advent International on its strategic investment in Iodine Software; special committee of Inovalon on sale to Nordic Capital; Royal Philips on its acquisitions of Capsule Technologies and BioTelemetry; Leonard Green & Partners on its investment in WellSky; QGenda on its strategic growth investment from ICONIQ Capital; and Definitive Healthcare on its strategic investment from Advent.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2013, Mr. Omlid was an executive director at J.P. Morgan in the healthcare group.

He earned a B.S. in finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
