Courtney McBean is a senior managing director in the firm’s Menlo Park-based Technology group.

Ms. McBean has completed strategic and financing transactions for many leading technology clients, including ASML, Cisco, Cypress Semiconductor, Equinix, F5 Networks, Google, Infineon, Infinera, Interxion, NeoPhotonics, Oclaro and Riverbed.

Before joining Evercore, Ms. McBean was a managing director at Greenhill Co. focused on technology clients. Prior to that, she was a vice president in Citigroup’s global technology investment banking group. She started her career as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Ms. McBean serves as a co-head of Evercore’s Women’s Network.

She earned a B.S. in cellular & molecular biology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
