Mark Finkelstein is a Managing Director and is the lead insurance analyst covering life insurance.
Prior to joining Evercore Partners in 2011, Mr. Finkelstein was a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital (USA) and Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller where he was head of US Life Insurance in the companies’ equity research units, a position he held since 2003. Before that, he was a Vice President with Swiss Re Capital Partners, the merchant banking arm of the Swiss Re Group. Prior to joining Swiss Re Capital Partners in 2000, Mr. Finkelstein spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the insurance group and was a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Finkelstein holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
