While at Evercore, Mr. Reisenberg has been involved in advising Xsigo in its sale to Oracle, Shutterfly in its acquisition of Tiny Prints and its acquisition of selected assets of Kodak Gallery, Dell in its acquisition of Force10 Networks, ION in its JV and recap with CNPC and its acquisition of ARAM Systems, Blackbaud in its acquisition of Kintera, Creditex in its sale to IntercontinentalExchange, First Data in its sale to KKR, CVS in its merger with Caremark, its acquisition of Albertson's standalone drugstores, and its acquisition of Eckerd Drugstores, AT&T in its acquisition of BellSouth, in SBC's acquisition of AT&T, and in Cingular's acquisition of AT&T Wireless, Storage Technology Corp. in its sale to Sun Microsystems, Hearst in its acquisition of a 20% stake in Fitch, VNU in its sale to a private equity consortium, Robert Mondavi Corp. in its sale to Constellation brands and its proposed dual-class equity recapitalization, and Accenture in its initial public offering.
Mr. Reisenberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, where he received a BS from the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance, and a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in International Studies and French.
