Mr. Price leads Evercore’s Technology and Telecom groups and previously spent eleven years at Lazard, where he founded and led that firm's global Telecom and Technology Group.
At Evercore, Mr. Price has advised on a number of the largest and most complex transactions in the telecom and technology industries, including: Broadcom’s sale to Avago; Arris’ acquisition of Pace plc and Motorola’s Home Business from Google; TW Telecom’s sale to Level3; MetroPCS’ merger into T-Mobile; American Tower’s acquisition of Nextel International towers; Tekelec’s sale to Oracle; Intel’s acquisition of Infineon’s wireless business; Ericsson’s acquisition of Telcordia; Century Link’s acquisition of Qwest; Time Warner Cable’s spinout from Time Warner; Cingular's acquisition of AT&T Wireless and SBC's acquisition of AT&T; Flarion Technologies’ sale to Qualcomm; and Samsung’s acquisition of the Handset Connectivity business from CSR plc.
Mr. Price serves on the Rockefeller University Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and the Executive Committee of the Board of Overseers of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Vail Valley Foundation, and is Chairman of its Development Committee. He previously sat on the boards of three public companies, SpectraSite, Amdocs and People PC. Mr. Price received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
