Peter Fearnley is a Managing Director in Evercore's European Debt Advisory Business, based in London.
Mr. Fearnley has advised corporates, private equity, infrastructure funds and governments on a broad range of debt financing transactions. He has recently advised UAE Exchange and Travelex on a $1bn bank refinancing, New Age on a $350m development financing, Alinda on its £140m financing of its take-private acquisition of Energy Assets plc, EnQuest Plc on a covenant amendment in relation to its £155m Retail Bond, sellside financing advice on Viridian, buyside financing advice on Madrilena Red de Gas, Calvin Capital on a £180m bank financing, Open Grid Europe on a 2.7bn bank and euro-bond financing, Rotterdam World Gateway on a 360m greenfield project financing, Peel Ports on its £1.6bn bank and USPP refinancing, Associated British Ports on its £2.35bn bank and bond refinancing.
Prior to joining Evercore in 2014, Mr Fearnley was a Director in Rothschild's Debt Advisory team where he had worked since 2007.
Mr Fearnley qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and holds a BA in Finance from Nottingham Business School.
