Andrew Marquardt

Managing Director

Andrew Marquardt is a Managing Director and Head of Bank Research covering large-cap banks, regional banks, and trust banks.

Mr. Marquardt has been covering banks for over 15 years, with thirteen years on the sell-side and nearly three years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a financial/economic analyst covering U.S. and Japanese banks. In 2009, Mr. Marquardt was ranked #3 by Institutional Investor’s annual survey (Independent Research Firms) for regional banks coverage, and was a lead member of the bank team ranked #4 by Greenwich Survey for regional banks. Prior to joining Evercore in 2010, Mr. Marquardt was at Macquarie, which acquired Fox-Pitt Kelton (FPK), where he was a senior analyst and Managing Director.

Mr. Marquardt graduated from Skidmore College with Honors in Economics.
