Rob Cihra, a Managing Director, joins Evercore from Caris & Company, where he covered Tech Hardware for the past 2 years and was ranked #1 stock picker in the Computers sector of the Wall Street Journal’s 2010 Best on the Street survey.
Previously, Mr. Cihra spent 3 years as a partner at TMT fund Brompton Cross Capital, and 8 years as senior sell-side analyst covering the PC, Enterprise and Storage industries at Fulcrum Global Partners and at ING Barings/ABN Amro, where he was also Global Head of Hardware Research.
Mr. Cihra began his career working in the software industry, after having received his MBA and B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
